What sparked the controversy? Apparently, several years ago there was quite a kerfluffle over some race issues, which were resolved, then resurfaced last year over the question of minority representation on the Law Review.
Now, Peltz is claiming that those two students and the guy in charge of the Law Society have been making false statements about him all around the law school and statewide legal community since 2005.
