Sherman & Howard Grows Litigation Team with Former Denver Deputy District Attorney
Â
Sherman & Howard welcomes Morgan Steele to the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Â
Steele, a former deputy district attorney with trial experience, offers clients unique perspective and insight into litigation and trial processes.
Â
“From the inception of a case to the end, I have worked on settling matters, tried cases to verdict, and every stage in between,” said Steele. “My work in the DA’s office has grown my ability to analytically look at cases and understand what needs to be done to achieve the best resolution for the side I represent.”
Â
“Morgan’s a great fit for our team and the firm. Her role as a deputy district attorney enables her to bring unique insights,” said Litigation group co-lead Tamir Goldstein.
Â
Steele, who grew up outside of the U.S. and is fluent in Spanish, combines her talents for public speaking and writing in her career. She’s looking forward to using her knowledge to work with clients and being part of the Sherman & Howard team.
Â
“I’m looking forward to collaborating with the attorneys in the firm and the opportunities associates are given here,” she said. “There’s an energy at the firm with the attorneys and staff that feels friendly and inclusive. Diversity in the legal field is important to me, and the firm’s commitment to the success of its women attorneys and creating a welcoming space for all makes me feel at home,” said Steele.
Â
Steele graduated in 2022 from the Syracuse University College of Law where she was the Legal Pulse editor and executive board member of the Syracuse Law Review. She earned her undergrad degree from Pensacola Christian College in 2017.
