Lewis Baach Kaufmann Middlemiss Expands White Collar Fraud Practice
Lewis Baach Kaufmann Middlemiss, an international litigation boutique, is delighted to announce that John Moscow, one of the more prominent and respected international white collar fraud lawyers in the world, is joining the firm as Senior Counsel.

As a senior prosecutor and in private practice, John has been at the center of the most complex and novel investigations, prosecutions, asset recovery and money laundering cases in history, including serving as lead prosecutor in the Bank of Credit and Commerce International matter, counsel to portions of the Madoff case, and other high profile global fraud matters.
John spent thirty years as a senior deputy to the legendary District Attorney Robert Morgenthau, where he led the bureau responsible for prosecuting international and otherwise complex white collar crime and was Deputy Chief of the Investigations Division. His joining the international disputes firm Lewis Baach Kaufmann Middlemiss is a reunion, as he was a mentor to both Adam Kaufmann and Art Middlemiss at the DA’s office and has worked closely on a variety of cases with Eric Lewis since BCCI, nearly thirty years ago.
