Before joining Fisher Phillips, Marian was at a multi-jurisdictional law firm where she focused her practice on transactional matters and business litigation. She has successfully litigated matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and Americans with Disabilities Act violations. At Fisher Phillips, Marian will use her litigation experience to represent employers in all aspects of workplace law. She will also help employers of all sizes prevent workplace disputes by advising them on regulatory compliance, employee training, handbooks, and policy creation.

Marian earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law where she served as Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review and as a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Before attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
