Hagan has over 25 years of experience in general corporate law and private equity matters where he led and advised clients in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, management incentive structuring, and growth equity financings. His work involves working with middle and lower middle market private equity funds and their portfolio companies through buyout transactions, divestitures, add-on acquisitions, and general corporate issues. He also works with private equity investment funds, family offices, hedge funds, fundless sponsors, institutional investors, and management teams.
