International law firm Proskauer Rose has brought a new partner onto their team in Washington D.C. Seth J. Safra has joined the nationally recognized Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. He was a partner at Covington & Burling.

Safra will be the principal employee benefits and executive compensation counsel for some of the largest employers in the country. His focus will be on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation such as design and administration of retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, and more.
